Job Description
Ashoka is seeking a skilled Recruitment Systems Migration Consultant to help guide several internal cross-functional teams working together to enable the Ashoka worldwide organization to transition from Jobvite to Lever. The consultant can help IN ANY NUMBER OF POSSIBLE WAYS (depending on skillset(s). Please let us know today if you can help!

Desired Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Jobvite and Lever, along with proven experience in designing and deploying successful efforts, including ensuring project team capacity, managing data migrations, optimizing workflows, change communications, and training users on new systems. Qualifications:
- Designing project teams for migration, adoption and sustainment
- Analyzing current recruitment workflows and data structures in Jobvite.
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive migration plan to move data from Jobvite to Lever.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand system requirements and optimize Lever for the organization's needs.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
- Providing effective change management communications
- Developing and delivering training and documentation for end-users on Lever functionalities.
- Providing post-migration support to troubleshoot any issues and ensure seamless adoption.
