Voip Network Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Voip Network Engineer at MultyComm. As a Voip Network Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will include network engineering, troubleshooting, network security, and network administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our VoIP infrastructure and implementing necessary security measures.

Qualifications

• Expert at troubloeshooting SIP Logs
• Expert in hands on configuration of Media Gateways of different makes including Grandstream / Sangoma / DInstar
• Expert in troubleshooting SBC's running on Freeswitch and Asterix
• Knowledge of call flows and VOIP Prootocols
• Network Engineering and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP)
• Network Security and Network Administration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of telephony architectures (PRI / BRI / FXO / FXS) is a plus
• Certifications in network engineering or VoIP technologies are desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
