Role - Resource will be responsible for the commercial management & development of a portfolio of business partners across Globe, contributing to the Carrier Relations business unit by sourcing messaging products.
What You'll be responsible for
Source new VoIP routes with existing partners, Achieve assigned targets on gross margin optimization, On-board new suppliers for VoIP, Build and manage new relationships, Maintain consistent activity month over month, Work with other departments to manage smooth commercial, onboarding operations, Vendor Invoice reconciliations month on month, Carrier provisioning to be maintained.
Responsibilities-
To acquire international aggregator carrier partners & Vendors.
Hunting and farming for new telecom operators internationally.
Create a strong pipeline for adding new telecom carrier month on month with sustainable revenue growth.
Responsible for identifying, qualifying & closing new opportunities.
Shall own the entire commercial engagement from proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation to close.
Maintaining the highest levels of customers satisfactions.
Create SWAP Deals on WIN-WIN basis & keep close watch of deal fulfilment followed by proactive actions for any short falls.
