We are looking for a talented and experienced VoIP Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bow Chat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud PBX systems and modern VoIP technologies, including APIs and WebSockets. Experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or similar platforms will be highly beneficial.
Design, develop, and maintain VoIP infrastructure to support Bow Chat's communication management platform.
- Implement and manage Cloud PBX systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Integrate VoIP systems with modern technologies using APIs and WebSockets to enhance real-time communication capabilities.- Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP solutions with existing platforms and services.
- Monitor and analyze VoIP system performance, implementing improvements and optimizations as needed.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients regarding VoIP systems and best practices.- Stay up-to-date with the latest VoIP technologies and industry trends to continuously improve Bow Chat's communication solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in VoIP engineering, with a focus on Cloud PBX systems.
Strong knowledge of modern VoIP technologies, including APIs and WebSockets.
- Hands-on experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in networking protocols and standards, including SIP, RTP, and QoS.- Familiarity with cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex VoIP issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
