We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Voice System Integration Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with third-party companies, assisting them in seamlessly integrating their voice systems into our cutting-edge SaaS product. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of integration concepts, including Internet protocols, file transfer methodologies, and RESTful interfaces. Familiarity with call-center environments and systems such as Vici or Five9 is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with third-party companies to ensure smooth integration of their voice systems into our SaaS platform.
- Apply expertise in integration concepts, including Internet protocols, file transfer methodologies, and RESTful interfaces, to facilitate effective system communication.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of call-center environments and systems, particularly Vici and Five9, to optimize integration processes.
- Perform Linux system administration tasks to support integration efforts.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including integration manuals and process guides, to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
- Design and implement tools and strategies to streamline future integrations, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and third-party partners throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep understanding of integration concepts, with hands-on experience in implementing Internet protocols, file transfer methodologies, and RESTful interfaces.
- Extensive knowledge of call-center environments and systems, with specific expertise in Vici and Five9.
- Strong Linux administration skills, with the ability to perform complex system configurations and troubleshooting.
- Programming background, with proficiency in languages such as Python or PHP, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise.
- Proven track record in developing and documenting processes for integration projects, including creating comprehensive manuals and guides.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to integration challenges.

Education:
