Job Description

Description: Are you fluent in Arabic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service We are seeking a dedicated Executive Support Officer to join our team, focusing on providing unparalleled assistance to our Arabic-speaking clients. As an Executive Support Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the company and Arabic-speaking clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle correspondence in both Arabic and English.
  • Assist in the resolution of client issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents in both Arabic and English as needed.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Qualifications:
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service, executive support, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
