Job Description :
We are recruiting candidates who can speakHindi & Englishfor leading Multi- National Bank.
Below are the Roles and Responsibilities :
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibility is to increase the revenue of Bank; Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them to resolve it over phone.
* Outbound Process- Calling existing and potential customers to explain the features of the products and services offered by the Bank. Should connect with existing customers and Upsell/ Cross Sell the services and offerings.
* Converting the Purchases to EMI's
* Positioning relevant products and services to the users according to their Purchasing Behavior. Upselling, Cross selling.
* Pitching the products and services of Bank to potential customer over a call and generate business for the Bank.
* Excellent Communication in English and Hindi
* Graduation mandatory, Immediate Joiners.
Work Specifics:
* 6 Days working/ Rotational Week Off.
* 8 Hours Shift- Day Shift
* Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply
*Language - Hindi Mandatory with English Communication
* Location - Ambattur- Ambit IT Park.

* One way Travel ticket ( Train/ Bus) Depending on the distance will be booked by company for candidates who relocate from Outstation/ Not applicable for candidates in Tamil Nadu.

candidates who relocate from States other than Tamil Nadu.
