We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Domestic Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves interacting with customers to resolve inquiries, offer support, and promote our company's services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer queries effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.- Maintain and update customer records in the database as needed.
Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience during all customer interactions.- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer service
