  • Job Description:
TriDizi is seeking a highly motivated Voice Process Executive with 2 years of experience in the US to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and meeting performance targets while working on the US shift basis.
  • Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security guidelines.
  • Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in US calling or a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work on the US shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service or communication is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month
