_Key Responsibilities
_Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from/to customers regarding services, queries, or issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Vindus Environment Private Limited.
Problem Resolution:
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback and issues resolved.
Process Adherence:- Follow the company's standard operating procedures and guidelines for voice processes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.Communication:
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, using clear and concise language.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer service process.

Qualifications_
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is advantageous.Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and other regional languages if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
