Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
