Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer queries
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a professional manner
- Updating customer information and call logs in the company database
- Meeting individual and team targets as set by the management
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Active listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Minimum qualification of 12th standard or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role (freshers are welcome to apply)
