Respond quickly to assigned leads and Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information- Find corporate clients, HRs and maintain relationships
Build relationships with customers over calls and not direct sales.
- Responsible for customer relationships after the sale process is complete. Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Maintain metrics and call records over excel or CRM
Call Customers to keep them up to date on products and launch of new products to maintain that relationship.- Ensure high customer satisfaction level by proactively understanding customer needs.
Taking Feedbacks, suggestions from customer.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the WhatsApp and phone- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi any other language is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
