Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries over the phone professionally and courteously.
• Making calls to provide accurate information about our products, services, and offers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide the most accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
