• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone calls and emails
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with customer service or call center environments is a plus
