Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries over the phone and provide efficient solutions to their problems
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up on customer calls where necessary
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed performance targets and goals
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Minimum educational qualification - 10+2 or equivalent
• 0-1 years of experience in the BPO industry (preferable)
