Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Process position. As a Voice Process executive, your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in business process improvement and training is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in a similar customer service role is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field is preferred
