- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

- Maintain and update customer records with accurate details
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Continuously improve by capturing and reviewing customer feedback
