Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers
• Handling customer queries, complaints and providing solutions
• Maintaining customer records and updating their accounts
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Meeting performance metrics and targets
• Escalating complex issues to the relevant department

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a voice process role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and Regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Graduate in any discipline
