We are searching for Voice AI - Implementation Engineer (Conversational AI - Implementation Engineer)
An ideal candidate must provide examples of Voice AI Agents (bots) they have personally designed and deployed for at least three US customers. Eltropy will evaluate these agents through telephone calls.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Voice AI through the telephone offers critical strategic advantages to Eltropy and immense value to our financial institution customers in the US. As a Voice AI Implementation Engineer, you will utilize extensive hands-on experience in Conversational AI to:
Configure and Build: Voice AI agents for US financial institutions.Implement and Test: Authentication and authenticated intents that enable callers to transact with their financial accounts using only their voice through the phone.
Improve and Maintain: Reusable templates and frameworks for voice AI projects.
Train and Certify: A growing Eltropy team of fellow Voice AI implementation engineers.
What you offer:
Experience: As a Conversational AI SaaS vendor or consultant.
Project Deployment: Multiple Voice AI agents/bots released for customers and publicly accessible by telephone.
Conversational AI Expertise: Hands-on knowledge and experience with conversational AI technologies and frameworks.
Best Practices: Familiarity with best practices for Voice AI design, testing, integration, and deployment.
Industry Knowledge: Financial services SaaS and IT experience.Language Skills:
Near-native US English proficiency.
Ability to design for all US regional accents.
(Optional) Spanish-language familiarity with the ability to design, test, and deploy effective Voice AI agents with assistance from a native Spanish speaker.
