Ara's Client is an Indian multinational information technology service and consulting company based in Bangalore. The company provides infrastructure technology and applications outsourcing services, as well as architecture guidance, application development and integration, and application management services.

The Role:

We are looking for a training specialist to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. The trainer is not only expected to transfer knowledge and skill but also motivate and set examples to achieve high levels of excellence.

The training specialist is required to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with business needs and goals. He/she will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training of new hires on fundamental skills essential for entry level performance Voice & Accent, Soft Skills, Language Enhancement, Culture Sensitization
2. Support business with need-based OJT Support Coaching and Refresher Training
3. Training need assessment parameter-based assessment for root cause analysis and action planning
4. Content Development
5. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and evaluation of training projects
6. Conduct employee engagement activities to maximize conversion.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Min. 2 years experience in New Hire Training and Coaching
2. Graduate in any field
3. Certification in domains like Transactional Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, FIRO-B, CPLP, CELTA, NLP will be preferred.
