Designation : Voice and Accent Trainer

• Qualification : Bachelors degree in any stream.

• Location: Bangalore- Marathalli

• Ctc Budget: 45000/month

• Experience Required: Minimum1 year of experience in Voice and Accent Training

• Work-Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday if required)

• WORK-TIMINGS: It could be any shift.

• 30 am/ 9.30 am/11.30 am /4.30 pm /6.30 pm/8.30 pm (cabs will be provided within the hiring zone.)

• Interview Procedure : 3 Rounds of Interview including Demo round.(Virtual)

• Skills Required: Clarity in Grammar Concepts and Language is a must.

Knowledge of SVA (Subject Verbal Agreement) Knowledge of Tenses, Prepositions or Article Email Etiquette

• Roles & Responsibilities:

Training Candidates on Grammar, Phonetics, Business Communication and Neutral accent training.

Language Proficiency: Assessing and improving language skills, including pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency, to enhance verbal communication abilities.

Accent Modification: Providing guidance and exercises to help learners modify their accents, if necessary, to achieve clearer and more comprehensible speech.

Cultural Sensitivity: Educating learners about cultural nuances in language usage and promoting cultural sensitivity to facilitate effective communication in global environments.

Training Design and Delivery: Developing customized training programs and materials tailored to the specific needs of individuals or groups, using a variety of teaching methods such as role-plays, simulations, and interactive sessions.

Feedback and Evaluation: Providing constructive feedback on language and accent improvement progress, conducting periodic assessments, and adjusting training strategies as needed.

Soft Skills Development: Integrating soft skills training, such as interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and professional etiquette, to enhance overall communication competence.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Up to 45,000.00 per month
