Description & Requirementsn

Position Description:

nLead the daily operations on VMware for the Harman enterprise as L2 support engineer, monitoring observation and react with emendations based on SOP, work with other IT teams for troubleshooting.

nMinimum Work Experience: 5 years

nPosition Requirements:

nWorking experience installation & configuration of esxi
nWorking Experience on Virtual machine creation.
nWorking Experience on snapshot creation and deletion.
nExperience with VMware networking, VMware storage and permission management.
nworking experience with Vsphere ( esxi , vcenter ) , Vsan, Vrops, Vro
nKnowledge on Content Library.
nWorking Experience on vmotion, Storage vmotion.
nCreating a standard and distributed network port groups.
nKnowledge on vRops.
nMonitoring the alerts from vCenter and vRops.
nKnowledge on vCenter architecture.
nWork experience in raising the case with HP/Dell/Cisco.
nWorking experience in remote management of hardware.
nKnowledge on any OS/VMware products is add on.
nFamiliar with any enterprise backup software according to SOP documents
nFamiliar with any enterprise SAN storage

nPreferred Skills:

nAdvanced level technical skillset
nExperience with analyzing data and preparing reports
nFamiliarity with ITIL
