ITI/Diploma/BE (Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)

We are looking for CNC-VMC Setter Operator with following capabilities.
- Proven experience as CNC/VMC operator.
Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.- Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.
Knowledge of G Code - M Code.
- Expertise in operating CNC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
Prepare daily production report.- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
- Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.
Knowledge of GD&T.- Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.
Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.
- Ability to give training to trainee Operator.
Good communication abilities.- A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach
