VMC Machine operator- 3 axis and 5 axis vmc machine operator

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (CIPAT Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines to ensure optimal functionality.- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining operations.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and productivity.
* Inspect finished parts for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
