We are seeking a creative Visualizer to join our team. As a Visualizer, you will be responsible for translating concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs and illustrations. Your expertise in visual communication and design principles will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image and delivering exceptional visual experiences to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their proficiency in graphic design, illustration, and conceptualization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and develop visually compelling designs, illustrations, and multimedia content that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.

2. Experience of handling large events and advertising campaigns.

3. Should have executed high level creative work and should possess knowledge of latest design trends.

4. Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to support the creation of accurate and visually appealing designs.

5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior visualizers, offering constructive feedback and assisting in their professional development.

6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

7. Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand identity across all visual materials.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Arts, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field in a reputed college.

2. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe illustrator, Coral Draw, Photoshop and other relevant software.

3. Conceptualization and visualization skills, with the ability to bring abstract ideas to life through compelling visual designs.

4. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and explain design concepts effectively.

6. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital media, illustrations, and branding.

7. Knowledge of 3D modeling, animation, or video editing software is a plus.

8. Salary: Depends on the experience
