What you'll be doing
- Research industry, marketing, and cultural trends to create brand strategies that create engaging templates
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to make our customers successful
- Act as a strategic partner between the Engineering team, Product, and Customer Success team
- Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
- Invest deeply in the success of the team, understanding how your role drives value for end-users and the organization
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Who you are
- 0-3 years of experience in Motion Graphics/Visual Designing
- Open to take up a contractual/consulting role
- Open to working from the office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent hands-on experience working with software like Photoshop, After Effects (basics), or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Growth mindset and ability to come up with ideas from planning to execution

Note: The role will start as a 6 months consulting agreement and will continue to extend based on the candidate's ability to work with large enterprise customers. The monthly fee offered for this role will range from
INR25,000 to INR 30,000.
