Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs that enhance our brand's identity and user experience. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to deliver engaging visual content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality visuals for a variety of digital and print materials, including social media posts, presentations, flyers, emails, banners, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- Translate complex concepts into visually compelling and easily understandable graphics.
- Maintain and evolve the Moodahead brand identity, ensuring all visuals align with our brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design processes and output.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide creative input and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and techniques.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the mental health or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
- Animation and video editing skills.
