A good candidate must possess some or all of the following skills:
- Well versed with design tools like Adobe, Canva, Figma, etc
- Hands on with design process
- Possess design thinking skills
- Passionate about adding value through design
- Excellent communication skills
- Good to have (but not compulsory):
- Basic understanding of technology
- Self motivated to work with little guidance
- Prior experience of creating meaningful designs
