Visual Designer

NOTE: Visual skills are critical and preferably a background in motion graphics and marketing.

• The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or interns eager to dive into the world of product design, UI/UX, and visual storytelling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on various projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and align with user needs.

• Responsibilities:

Create compelling visual designs for a range of digital platforms, including mobile and web applications.

• Assist in the development of UI/UX design, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Produce motion graphics and visual animations to enhance user interaction and storytelling.

• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma to develop high-quality design assets.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing creative input and suggestions.

• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Requirements:

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in visual design, UI/UX, and ideally motion graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.

• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Eagerness to take ownership of design tasks and projects.

• Nice to Have:

Experience with motion graphics and animation.

• Prior exposure to a startup environment.

Knowledge of web and mobile app development processes.
