About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about crafting visually compelling designs that elevate user experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Visual design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and experience in creating visuals for marketing, web, and motion graphics. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create visual assets for marketing campaigns, website, social media, and product interfaces, aligning with brand guidelines.

- Develop motion graphics for various digital platforms, enhancing user engagement and communicating messages clearly.

- Collaborate with peer designers and product teams to ensure a cohesive and user-centric visual experience across projects.

- Produce high-quality visuals for web, mobile, and digital platforms, focusing on user interaction and design usability.

- Contribute to the creative process by bringing fresh ideas and insights to design discussions and ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals.

- Design engaging presentations, infographics, one-pagers, and other materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services/products to diverse buyer personas.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in visual, graphic, or motion design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse project work.

- Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Motion Design tools like After Effects, Lottie or Rive.

- Excellent visual and aesthetic judgment, with a focus on typography, color, and layout design.

- Experience working on marketing assets, web design visuals, and motion graphics for digital platforms.

- Ability to understand needs and create designs that enhance user engagement and experience.

- A creative mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the AI domain, with a solid understanding of AI-driven products and design requirements.

- Proven expertise in motion design with a portfolio showcasing motion graphics for digital platforms.

- Experience working with design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
