As a Visual Designer at AntStack, you will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to create compelling visual assets that communicate our brand identity, enhance user experiences, and drive engagement across various platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work across various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design concepts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, with a passion for pixel-perfect design execution.
- Fresher or 1 year of experience.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials including websites, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and ensure visual integrity in all creative assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
