1. Develop and design a curriculum framework for visual art education that
encompasses various skill levels, age groups, and learning objectives for grades 1
to 10.
2. To create detailed unit plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials that
support the curriculum framework.
3. Research and identify appropriate teaching methodologies, techniques, and
resources to enhance visual art instruction.
4. Review and evaluate existing curriculum materials and make necessary revisions
to ensure alignment with current educational standards and best practices.
5. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the visual art curriculum to
monitor effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in visual art education,
including new technologies, methodologies, and artistic practices.
7. Collaborate with other curriculum planners and subject area specialists to
integrate visual art education into interdisciplinary units and projects as required.
8. Maintain documentation of curriculum development processes,
revisions, worksheets and updates.
9. Communicate and collaborate with branches and teachers to ensure a clear
understanding of the visual art curriculum and its objectives.

Pay: 200,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year
