We are looking for a Visiting Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Visiting Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Gardens at various sites across Mumbai. The candidate must be able to work independently and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Gardens at various sites across Mumbai.
• Ensure that gardens are kept in good quality standards and relationship with client is kept well.
• Monitor gardens progress and report on any issues or delays
• Communicate with clients,manpower, and management to ensure that their requirements are met
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required
• Conduct site inspections to ensure teams are performing well and up-to quality standards.
• Manage and supervise site staff.
• Ensure that all site activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in the job market context of India.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Experience in managing and supervising site staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and emails.
• Ability to know plants, Insects, Insecticides, Fertilizers and Plant grooming requirements.
