Job Summary
TerraTern is seeking a customer-focused
Visa Process Consultant to manage the visa application process. You will be responsible for guiding clients through each stage of their visa applications, communicating through calls, emails, and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of immigration policies, the ability to handle multiple clients, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms. Provide expert advice on visa options and application processes.
- Visa Application Management: Oversee the entire visa application process, from gathering necessary documents to submission and status tracking.
- Documentation Review: Ensure all submitted client documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with visa requirements.
- Application Status Updates: Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their visa applications and any additional requirements.
- Compliance: Keep up to date with immigration laws and ensure all applications meet country-specific visa regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address any client concerns or issues that arise during the visa application process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in visa consulting or immigration services.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, and Germany.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for client interaction.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client applications simultaneously.
