PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Head of Migration plays a crucial role in liaising with clients to obtain completed questionnaires and correct supporting documentation. This role involves application drafting and providing administrative support
.
DUTIES OF POSITION:
Under the direct supervision of the Migration Manager, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing client questionnaires and importing data to Migration Manager (MM) if complete
- Returning incomplete questionnaires to clients for rectification of missing information
- Reviewing supporting documentation, advising clients to resubmit if incorrect and/or missing
- Naming and/or renaming documents as per applicable company guidelines
- Reviewing email/telephone inquiries from clients and tasking Migration Team Leader accordingly
- Drafting online visa applications
- Maintaining high-quality client file notes in Migration Manager and/or CRM
- Preparing and sending all outgoing email communications via Migration Manager (Our: Ref)
- Undertaking legislative and/or other research needed for submissions
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maintaining high-quality file maintenance, including file notes, documentation, and sequence of events
- Responding to questionnaire/documentation inquiries within three (3) working days
- Responding to Immi RFI within the prescribed timeframe, as directed
- Attending and actively participating in weekly team meetings
- Drafting visa applications/skills assessments/EOI nominations ready for review within ten (10) working days upon receipt of completed questionnaire and supporting documentation.
