Verifying required information provided along with visa applications.
Informing applicants of any issues with their visa applications.
Responded to in-person and phone inquiries.
Process applications for visas.
Process visa applications and notify applicants when decisions were made.
Candidate Skills:
Well knowledgeable of VISAS.
Good English speaking, writing, reading.
Problem solving skills, handling Clients.
Responsibilities:
Attending inquiries for any countries visa assistance (source - email, call or walkin)
Solving visa related queries
Preparing the basic set to be forwarded for further processing
Coordinating with the operations and keeping the client updated on the visa status
Promoting and cross selling other services (Packages, tickets, insurance, etc)
Research on the latest updates of visas
Marketing, to grow the flow of business
Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
Meeting regularly with team leaders to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work.
Meeting company directors who advise on strategy and finding out about any local issues and future trends.
