Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Executive at Velvet Vacations located in Mumbai. The Visa Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the visa application process for group bookings, including gathering necessary documents, completing visa applications, and liaising with embassy/consulate officials. The Visa Executive will also provide guidance and support to clients regarding visa requirements, timelines, and application status.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in group visa application handling
• Knowledge of visa requirements and regulations for different countries
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
