We are seeking an experienced Visa Executive with over 2 years of experience in processing visas for countries such as the US, UK, Mexico, and Schengen areas. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for multiple countries.
Handle end-to-end visa processing for the US, UK, Mexico, and Schengen countries.- Review and verify documents required for various visa applications.
Assist clients in preparing and organizing all necessary paperwork.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
Stay updated with changes in visa policies, regulations, and requirements.- Provide guidance and support to clients on visa-related queries and issues.
Track the progress of applications and ensure timely submission.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Executive, handling multiple country visas.
- In-depth knowledge of visa procedures for the US, UK, Mexico, and Schengen countries.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
