Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in visa counseling and application filing
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and application procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to students in the visa application process
- Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and any changes in the application process
- Communicate with relevant embassies and consulates to gather required information
- Ensure all visa applications are filed within the specified timelines
- Track and monitor the progress of visa applications and provide regular updates to students
- Handle any issues or queries related to visa applications
- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and related documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
