Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Staff and Students: Provide guidance and support to staff and students regarding visa applications and procedures.
- Handle Direct Inquiries: Manage and address inquiries from direct walk-ins, offering accurate information and assistance.
- Reception Area Management: Maintain a safe and clean reception area by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Telecommunication System Maintenance: Ensure the telecommunication system is functional and address any issues promptly.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all visa-related inquiries and applications.
- Compliance: Ensure all procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and providing timely updates on application statuses.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
