Description

We are seeking a Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for providing visa consultation services to clients. The Visa Consultant will need to be able to navigate the complex visa application processes for various countries, keep up-to-date on changes to visa regulations, and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide visa consultation services to clients
• Assist clients in completing visa application forms
• Collect and review client documents to ensure they meet visa requirements
• Submit visa applications on behalf of clients
• Track the status of visa applications and provide updates to clients
• Maintain knowledge of current visa regulations and changes to visa policies
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Collaborate with other team members to improve visa consultation processes and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 0-4 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of visa regulations and processes for various countries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
