Address the Virtualization platforms such as XEN, Microsoft Hyper-V Oracle Linux and OVM

RCA & IR preparations for SCOs and MCOs

Installing and Troubleshooting Hypervisors, Citrix XEN, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, and Linux Basics

Storage Knowledge could be an add on

Hands-on knowledge on Backup related issues such as Veeam

Windows Clustering and other Guest OS basic knowledge such as Windows and Linux

Good communication Skills

Best customer facing skills and major outage management

Excellent Knowledge of ITIL and CR, SR,IM,PM, CAB process

10+yrs

Strong and excellent troubleshooting Knowledge on day-to-day issues

Cloud knowledge on Migrations such as On-prem to Cloud and Cloud to On-Prem

Should be able to define solutions on various technologies, Infra, Backup and etc..

Expert-level knowledge on Designing and Executions

RCA & IR preparation and validation with SIP & PFix

Working with various teams and customer-facing skillset is the mandate

Expert level knowledge of Hypervisors Citrix XEN, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware troubleshooting along with Linux Basics to handle KVM & Others

Strong knowledge on underlying infra along with architecture

Basic Network Knowledge

Good understanding of Networks and their Architecture

Strong Knowledge ITIL and CR,SR,IM,PM, CAB process

Major incident and outage Management
