Job Title: Virtual Wealth Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description : As the Virtual Wealth Sales Manager for our Financial Health Check-up Solution, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing tele sales team from the ground up.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve optimum performance levels.

2. Lead Interaction: Engage with leads generated, building prospects and nurturing relationships to arrange meetings between Wealth Advisors and potential clients.

3. Cold Calling: Execute outbound calls, including cold calls and calls to leads, to promote our financial health check-up solution.

4. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for effective lead generation, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.

5. Performance Monitoring: Set performance targets, monitor individual and team performance, and implement strategies to drive results.

6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on team performance, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

7. Training and Development: Continuously train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in building and leading successful inside sales teams.

- Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and meeting scheduling.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

- Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
