Virtual Relationship Manager

Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive customer acquisition and business development. As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you'll close sales via video calls and build strong customer relationships. Your role will involve understanding customers travel needs, presenting membership plans, and delivering impactful sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present Club Mahindra membership benefits to potential and current customers.
• Convert leads into sales, log transactions, and update systems.
• Meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads diligently.
• Manage customer escalations and encourage membership upgrades.

Required Skills:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in inside sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and resolve customer complaints.
• Team-oriented with the capability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in the Travel/Hotel/Tourism industry, with at least 1 year in Direct Sales (B2C).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a management degree preferred.
