Role and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Upsell other products wherever possible.
- Build and maintain good customer relations.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.
- Convert leads into potential customers.
The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the financial or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build rapport.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach to meet customer needs effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of education loan products and services.
