We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls; schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups.
Document and track customer interactions in CRM systems.- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Assist with sales inquiries and support promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for improvement.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency with CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
