- Main Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Social Media Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Campaign Management:
Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns to meet marketing objectives and KPIs.Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to improve strategies.Community Engagement: Manage and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align video and social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.Brand Consistency:
Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and guidelines.Video Production:
Proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).Social Media Expertise:
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and the ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
Communication Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand messages.Project Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video production and social media marketing.
