About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Quality Check Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve. This role involves verifying client templates, maintaining documentation, and conducting regular team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Quality Assurance: Review videos for audio and visual clarity. Ensure adherence to client specifications and overall presentation quality.
- Client Template Verification: Cross-check and verify client templates. Document any discrepancies and report them.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of client templates and related documents.
- Team Meetings: Conduct regular weekly meetings with the team to review progress and address issues.
- Payment Cutting Sheet: Maintain and update the payment cutting sheet for editors. Ensure accurate reflection of editor payments and revisions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP):
- Quality Card Proofing:
- Proofread a minimum of 40 Quality Check Cards daily.
- Report daily productivity to the Senior Quality Check Manager.
- Daily Productivity Reporting:
- Include the number of cards proofed and notable observations.
- Video Quality Assurance Process:
- Regularly review client videos.
- Provide feedback to editors.
- Client Template Verification:
- Compare client templates with delivered content.
- Document and report discrepancies.
- Payment Cutting Sheet Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate payment records for editors.
Compliance:
- Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Continuous Improvement:
- Optimize quality check processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with the editing team.
