Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Video/Photography Production House Manager to oversee our in-house video production operations. As the manager, you will be responsible for coordinating video shoots, managing equipment, and ensuring smooth production workflows. Additionally, your photography knowledge will be valuable in collaborating with our photography team.
Pan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality production.
Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and other team members.
Oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades.
Collaborate with the photography team on joint projects.
Client Dealing and Closing the Bookings.
Proven Past Experience in the Videography or Photography field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in photography techniques.
Familiarity with video editing software.
Excellent leadership abilities.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passion for visual storytelling.
